Product Description

Paint cups are used primarily in the automotive painting industry to achieve the correct mixtures of paint prior to  application. Paint is never applied straight. It is first mixed with an activator solution and  occasionally a third component like a paint thinner or reducer.

 
There are five parts, outer cup, inner cup, black collar, lid with filter mesh, plug. Only inner cup and lid with filter mesh are disposable. The mesh could be 125mic or 190mic as your order.


 
Plastic paint cup is used for spray gun. It has combined the advantages of painting strainer and mixing cup.
 

- Mix the paint, curing agent and diluent together. Scale on the cup is accurate. (instead of mixing cup)

- Has filter net on the lid which could filter the paint. (instead of paper strainer)

- Disposable product. Do not need to waste time to clean it. (instead of traditional reused cup on the spray gun)

How to use it?

Firstly, mix the paint, curing agent and diluent together.

Secondly, put the inner cup into our cup.

Thirdly, cover lid.

Fourthly, using Collar to fasten it.

Finally, install the spray gun using proper adaptor.

Adaptor could be used for Iwata, Devibiss, Sata, Warte, Avalon, Sagola, etc.
